Shipping Methods & Timeframes
MANE offers multiple shipping options, including but not limited to standard shipping and express shipping. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing Time
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for order processing. Order processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. MANE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
MANE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
International Shipping
International shipping times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. MANE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
